If you are not completely happy with your online order, we can offer you an exchange or a refund for the returned goods. To arrange a return you must send us an email to email@example.com within 14 working days of receipt of your goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why. We will contact you to arrange the collection of your goods.
Goods must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase and in the same condition that they were dispatched to you with the original packaging attached. If the goods are not returned in their original condition or if any of the labels or packaging have been removed then we reserve the right to insist upon payment for the goods.
All sale items purchased in our stores are non-returnable.
